1. About Ecoloop

Ecoloop LLC is a circular economy business based in Salem, Oregon. We turn waste into resources and are currently in the early stages of building our services and products.

2. Waitlist & Founder Tiers

The Founder and Founder+ tiers are offered during Phase 1 and will no longer be offered starting 6 months before Phase 2 begins. Joining the free waitlist or a paid Founder tier does not guarantee immediate service. Services will become available as we expand. Free services begin once services launch in your area (4 months for Founder; 9 months for Founder+). Lifetime discounts apply after 6 consecutive months of support and apply to Ecoloop products and services.

3. Products

All products sold on this website are handmade in small batches. Colors and appearance may vary slightly.

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate information and pay the listed price. We reserve the right to cancel any order if necessary.

5. Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

Because many of our products are handmade personal care items, we cannot accept returns of opened products for hygiene reasons. If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and design, is the exclusive property of Ecoloop LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any content from this website without prior written permission from Ecoloop LLC. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ecoloop is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
